14 Day Money Back Guarantee

Your decision to work with us is easier with our money back guarantee provisions. We offer a 14-day money back guarantee only in the following cases:

1. Where you have a specific task requirement which is not a part of the small task services that we provide.
2. When the service you receive is not what you expected in the first place
3. Your project is only 14 days old!

If you cancel your subscription with us within these first 14 days, we will attempt to modify the store and solve the issue as per your expectation or initiate a full refund if the situation cannot be sorted out. If, however, you cancel your subscription or initiate a request for refund after this time period, we will not be able to provide you with partial or full refund. Also, once you cancel your subscription, we will not accept any tasks for your website.

We take care throughout the project journey that the user is 100% satisfied with the final results. If you are not happy with the results, we would request you to reach out to us at task4store@mswebdesigner.com before initiating the request for a refund. We will take it upon us to address your issues and complete the project keeping in mind these issues. Despite these attempts, if you are dissatisfied with the task implementation or the value it provides to your store, we will issue a full refund and rollback the website to its prior state.  

If you fail to inform Task4Store that you are not satisfied with the project outcome, Task4Store will not offer any refund and will consider the project successful.
